Magic
moments is applying for funding to start a sports afternoon, each week
this will include football, netball cricket and riding for the disabled.
We also provide each year several parties for the children, Halloween
is very popular and of course our superb Christmas party.

Holidays |
|
|
|
past
holidays have been Euro Disney for 120 people, a fantastic holiday in
Hemsby Beach Great Yarmouth, a trip to Lapland, and this year a week at
Golden Sands in Mablethorpe. Next year has not been decided on as we vote
for the destination, at our AGM. in 2006 we are taking all the children
to Swim with dolphins in America. This is a theraputic course.

We
like to include daytrips the next one is 28th August to Flamingo. Cheap
rates apply. we are also on the way back going to Rock world so the kids
can make their own rock. Bring your disability book and you can get the
disabled child in for £7.95 also one carer can go in for this price.
We use Grahams Tours we have a good comfortable bus and they look after
us.

All
our members are invloved in a number of fundraising activities including,
selling raffle tickets, setting up and running stalls at local events &
shows, Its a Knockout, and sponsored events such as Fire Walks .

Moments has a meeting every month at Kaleidoscope the next being Wednesday
August 11th. evening only Although we are not able to fill in your forms
- experts are available, we can point you in the right direction, we also
can let you know all your rights, We have many people who you can phone

Magic
Moments has 5 trampolines that go out to members for a loan period of
three months at least. There are rules to the loan of a trampoline. Also
a form to sign, with reference to any damage.
In
addition Magic Moments can provide members with Computers to enable children
who cannot communicate the means to do so.
